These are the things of myth and legend. And so, apparently, is the Rotating Utility Knife.
Known as the Rotate-A-Blade™, this knife is more than what it appears. Check out this video. But, be patient. The cool stuff happens at around 50 seconds:
Pretty cool, eh? The Rotate-A-Blade™ uses standard utility knife blades. It’s that little knob on the top that makes it special.
I wish I’d had this tool when I was redoing my kitchen floors. Scraping up nasty old linoleum residue is not fun. Sure, I had one of those razor scraper things, but they were hard to navigate in smaller areas.
Unfortunately, this little whopper isn’t for sale yet, though the Patent is pending. The source video and pics are from a guy nicked PROTOTYPER1. I dug around online and could find nothing more than little blurbs . . . not unlike this one, only without the bad humor.
